Affymetrix Workshop, June 5, 2003

In our ongoing effort to introduce new technological developments we organise a second workshop with Affymetrix. The day is divided in two parts. Part 1 deals with small group discussions for those who have done some experiments or who have funding and are planning experiments. Participants for these discussions received a private invitation, but please let us know, if you feel that this is appropriate for you as well. Part 2 starts at 2 pm (Meeting Room 5.111A) and includes 2 lectures, of about 1 hour each. The first deals with new applications and products from Affymetrix in the field of genotyping (15 K HuSNP probe array, CustomSeq Resequencing Arrays) and the second will continue on the GeneCHIP arrays for gene expression studies.

2.       Gene Expression: From Experimental Design to Data Interpretation: The Role of Retinoic Acid Signalling in Neutrophil Maturation and Apoptosis.
